Role Description

This is a contract on-site role that is required "Nationally" for an Instructional Training Designer. The Instructional Training Designer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing training programs, conducting needs analysis, managing and delivering training and development activities, applying instructional design methodologies and techniques, and using learning management systems. We are looking for multiple candidates.

Qualifications

Training Program Design and Needs Analysis skills
Training and Development and Learning Management skills
Instructional Design skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Experience in a corporate environment is a plusExperience in the IT industry is a plus
SSP and POS system knowledge
Previous retail experience
Role requires extensive travel

Term and Remuneration

6 Month Contract
Rate is R470 per hour maximum
Candidates need to be available immediately
