O Age 30 to 45
o Need to be able to multitask
o Need medical background
o Needs some form of ICD 10 coding knowledge
o They need to be results driven
o They need to be able to work under pressure and work well in a team
o Need to be able to diligently & accurately follow instructions
o Need to have good communication skills and be friendly
o Need to be good at time keeping
o Need to be neat and presentable at all times
o Need to work a compulsory 1 to 2 weekends a month when and if necessary
o Need to know how to do authorisations and build relationships with funders , colleague and hospital staff
o High energy level
