Duties & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a ICT Support Supervisor is to maintain all computer systems within the company. They will ensure that these services run smoothly by monitoring efficiency as well as security measures taken against any vulnerabilities in software programs used on a day-to-day basis thus ensuring secure operation throughout every department.

• Company first line desktop support
• Configuration of new equipment and workstation setups
• Hardware and Software repairs and maintenance
• Office Management
• Network Diagnostics Wi-Fi, PoE Switches, VLAN, FibreTelephonic and remote support
• Manage IT support documentation and records
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on IT unresolved issues, threats, and planned activities
• Conduct and report on failure analyses
• Resolve IT issues in a timeous, cost-effective manner
• Understanding of software development processes and database relationships will be beneficial
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Windows 7, 10, 11
• IT Administration
• Passion for all things computer
• Preferential experience with the printer spooler, MSOffice 2016 ,MSOffice 2016 up to 365, VMware ESXi, Microsoft SQL server, Networking / TCP IPv4 / Cabling, Active directory , Cctv Hikvision, Dahua, Open VPN, Programming, Python and C Sharp.
• Project management and planning
• Cybersecurity skills
• Domain management implementation and support experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills


Educational Requirements
Degree or Diploma in IT
3 year’s Experience in the same or similar role
Valid Driver’s licence
