Job Description
• Ensure proper pouring, mixing, blending, of drinks
• Cashing up
• Serve drinks to guests, along with filling orders for the Food and Cocktail Servers
• As a Bartender, you will make sure the bar offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages
• You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and the guests alike ensuring a smooth and memorable experience
• Delivering a five star luxury lifestyle service experiences
• Knowing our menu and product – you are our number one on the Bar, and every recommendation you make reflects your knowledge, experience and your reputation as a professional
• Make sure the restaurant is fully set-up with the right equipment and menus are at all times
• Make sure that the restaurant and bar is clean and utensils are polished
• Make sure that both bar and restaurant is clean at all times
• Must have an eye to details
