Job Description

Inherent requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism
• Proven experience in proofreading and editing, and in quality assurance / control procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and document formatting.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Duties and responsibilities :
• Review and edit reports as prepared by responsible internal personnel for accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and formatting, as generated by responsible internal personnel
• Identify and address any inconsistencies or discrepancies in content with the report writer to resolve issues and improve document quality
• Ensure adherence to company or Client CI standards and style guides

Working hours : 07h30 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday) Overtime as and when required
Salary: To be discussed
Interviewing process: 1 to 2 panel interviews
Reporting to Partner: Operations Excellence and Systems
