Job Description
Overall store management
Staff recruitment, training, and supervision
Customer service oversight
Inventory management and control
Sales and marketing strategy development
Financial budgeting and expense monitoring
Compliance with regulations and enforcement of policies
Quality control and maintenance of hygiene standards
Effective use of technology and point-of-sale systems
Requirements:
Previous retail/wholesales management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric mindset
Organizational and multitasking skills
Adaptability to changing market conditions
Tech-savvy with knowledge of retail technologies
