Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Address daily customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Lead and oversee the in-store sales team.
- Establish daily sales goals and motivate the team to meet them.
- Provide daily reports to the management team.
Key Requirements:
- Matriculation passed.
- South African ID.
- Prior experience in any leadership role rrequired.
- Flexibility to adapt to various working environments.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage potential customers.
- Salary:
