Bookkeeper

Fast paced busy distribution company based in Hammersdale(Durban) looking to hire well-rounded bookkeeper
Preferably from PMB/Hammersdale/Drummond/Upper Highway to facilitate easy travel
Preference to candidates available immediately
Hybrid Work Structure
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records.
Full accounting function up to Trial Balance (Debtors, Creditors, journals, cash books).
VAT calculations and submission of returns PAYE, UIF, SDL returns (advantageous)
Fixed asset register and depreciation calculations.
Day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries
Payroll processing.
Above tasks are not limited - As this a new role - other tasks will be added
Candite must be self managed and a good time management
