2. Team Management: Lead, Mentor and manage the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.
3. IT Operations management: oversee the daily operations of the IT departments.
4. Project Management: plan, execute and oversee IT projects ensuring they are completed on time.
5. Vendor and Contract Management: manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
