Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for solving IT challenges and delivering top-notch customer service? SoReal Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated ICT Technician to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to all users through our Company Service Management Tool.
Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients in resolving IT issues promptly.
Log and document all issues via the Service Management Tool.
Understand user requirements and ensure minimal impact on productivity.
Troubleshoot potential problems proactively.
Support applications like Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts, Google Chrome, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more.
Install authorized software on laptops and desktops.
Conduct fault-finding on laptops, desktops, and handheld devices.
Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and VOIP phone systems.
Maintain departmental procedures, checklists, and FAQ sheets.
Perform daily system checks, including backups.
Stay updated with industry news and advancements.
Innovate to improve departmental processes and procedures.
Keep skills current, including passing relevant technical exams.
Handle ad-hoc project work as required.

Experience and Skills:

Previous helpdesk software experience.
Experience in a user/customer-facing environment.
Microsoft Support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
Experience with Office 365.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of personnel.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in troubleshooting potential issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, various web browsers, and business network environments.
Microsoft MCSE, MCITP, or equivalent qualifications.
