Job Description

This position will be required to work closely with two senior professional colleagues. The primary responsibility of the Operations Administrator is to assist with tasks relevant to the operations.
Key roles and responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Gain knowledge and experience in area of specialisation
• Acquire the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service offered by the specific area
• Assists with general administrative for a specific area
• Receives detailed instructions to coordinate meetings, logistics, filing and record keeping
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports
• Supports the identification of errors or discrepancies and escalate them for resolution
• Provide support to clients

Requirements:
• Matric
