Job Description

Executive Assistant - Events/ Hospitality

Salary: R10 000 - Rxxxxxxx (Experience Determined)
Location: Diep Rivier, Cape Town

Brief description:

Seeking an organized and reliable Personal / Executive & Office Assistant to join our team. As a PA / EA / OA, you will play a crucial role in supporting personal, professional and office related aspects of the directors. This unique opportunity involves facilitating personal and work-related tasks for all directors.

Candidate must be Outgoing, Hard working and have valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle.

Experience required:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively.
• Important to be able to work under pressure
• Diary Management

Qualifications required:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications (particularly business / administrative related) are a plus.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite, email clients, and calendar applications.
• Creative interests in design / social media / interior design added plus.
• Valid driver's license, your own vehicle, are able and confident to drive your own and multiple other manual and automatic vehicles

Computer Skills required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
17.000,00 ZAR Monthly
