Job Description

Inherent requirements:
• Matric
• 7-8 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership skills
• Sales and operations experience
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Preferred requirements:
Relevant BCom degree or national diploma in commerce or safety

Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve escalated client queries and complaints relating to all Business Unit operations
• Drive internal up selling and marketing initiatives throughout the region
• Write and present reports, business proposals and prepare tenders
• Monitor client service level agreements and ensure KPIs are met
• Ensure that the appearance and atmosphere of the business unit reflects those of an Occupational Health and Safety Training Centre and meets the requirements of corporate clients
• Initiate and / apply pre-determined branch, regional or national marketing campaigns
• Process requests for replacement staff to ensure no delays in service delivery due to a shortage of resources
• Ensure good housekeeping of branch and surrounding area
• Ensure skills gaps of employees are identified, measured, and addressed
• Implement skills gap development plans for employees
