Job Description

Earth Moving Equipment Technician
Kathu Northern Cape
R40 000 - R50 000

Red Seal Trade Test Qualification essential. Min 5 years experience in the Earthmoving Industry. Read and understand schematics. Able to travel. Valid drivers license.
Looking for highly motivated, hardworking person who can liaise with clients.
Familiar with hydraulic pumps, drive motors, hydro static transmissions, hoses, cylinders, engines, drive trains and basic electrics.
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs of Bobcat/SANY earthmoving equipment.
Able to work with limited supervision
Complete job cards, timesheets and inspection reports including machine downloads & photos
Sound knowledge of hydraulic systems and their basic principles
Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines, hydraulic systems and electrical systems
Carry out equipment repair assessments and completed paperwork thereof.
Ensure personal and co-workers adherence and compliance to security and SHE objectives
