Job Description - Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team this role will be pivotal in facilitating the successful delivery and enhancement of software solutions, focusing on analysis, coordination, and support within our development projects.
Responsibilities:
• General Business Requirements Analysis:
o Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
o Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and non-functional requirements.
• Operational Support and Issue Management:
o Address and resolve day to day operational issues related to software products.
o Manage the ticketing system efficiently to track, prioritize, escalate and ensure timely resolution of issues.
o Provide ongoing support to users and stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Testing, Training and Documentation:
o Ensure new product features and processes are sufficiently tested before being released to the live environment
o Develop detailed process and training documentation for all software development, and operational support activities.
o Create comprehensive training materials and conduct sessions to facilitate user understanding and adoption of new software features.
• Data Analysis/Cleaning:
o Perform thorough data analysis to support software enhancements and debugging efforts.
o Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across applications.
Requirements:
● Minimum 3 - 5 years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in SaaS, AGILE software development or related. industries
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
● Strong analytical skills with results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
● Experience working with Click Up, Hubspot and AI technologies is advantageous.
● Proficiency in data analytics and associated tools and methodologies with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and to support software improvement initiatives.
