Summer Intern Camp Program

The Summer Intern will work directly with middle school and high school , supporting on all service learning projects, enrichment/academic classes and development of youth leadership skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides scope definition and systems development direction for outside vendors and suppliers, mechanical and electrical subcontractors including scope, terms and conditions, bid forms, and contract reviews
Rotate between each category of business
Report on best sellers
Full price selling at end of month
Create buy recaps
Research online presence across all partners (sku counts, competitive research, site refreshes)
Reporting to the finance department
Daily review of bank statements to determine cash position by entity
Analyze cash trend to support cash forecasting efforts in multi currencies across business units to determine business unit needs and manage cash flow across the organization
Collaborate with staff to record GL entries for cash transactions

Ability to work independently and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the business
Celebrate customer service survey results with manager
Assist with closing and head out for the night
