Become A Mystery Shopper (Female)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in evaluating customer experiences? Do you enjoy uncovering insights and providing valuable feedback? If so, we invite you to provide your services as a Mystery Shopper for a short period.

Position: Female Mystery Shopper
Location: Remote
Term of involvement: 2–3-week project-based consulting
Remuneration package: R500 per shop
Number of mystery shops: 12 per mystery shopper
Closing date for applications: 28 August 2024

The services that IOA provides to clients range from in-depth industry assessments, market attractiveness studies, risk assessments and consumer research, through to ongoing business intelligence offerings, competitor monitoring and social listening.

We are currently seeking individuals to provide short-term consultancy services as Mystery Shoppers.

Who Should Apply?
• Gender: Female
• Age: 37 OR 38 years old
• Must be married
• Must be South African
• Must have a Driver’s License
• Must currently have ANY type insurance cover and have had uninterrupted cover for the past 5 years

Applicants Need To:
• Be detail-oriented individuals who can accurately assess and report on their customer experiences
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be reliable and punctual individuals who can adhere to deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and provide objective feedback
• Be comfortable conducting telephonic mystery shops
• Have stable internet access
• Have a recording device/app (e.g., voice memo app on phone or laptop)

• Applicants must submit proof of uninterrupted insurance coverage for the past 5
years along with their application
• Detailed CV inclusive of a minimum of three contactable references
