Job Description

They an award-winning collection of luxury lodges and camps (which they own) located in Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The camps are carefully positioned in untamed and pristine parts of Southern Africa – expect authenticity, adventure and exploration as well as all the comforts fit for the modern traveller.
As a member of the sales team, you will be focused on assisting the with the day to day admin, ensuring accurate and timely information in all the relevant systems. This will ensure superior guest experiences.
• Checking bookings for all outstanding guest information, ensuring this is accurately updated on all relevant systems
• Managing the administration relating to postponements and amendments, ensuring this is accurately updated on all relevant systems
• Reconfirmation of any 3rd party accommodation bookings
• Booking internal flights, transfers and activities
• Reminding consultants of potential bookings due to expire
• Checking availability for all 3rd party accommodation options
• Taking ownership of booking related administration in order to free up the Consultant’s time which in turn can then be focus on revenue generation
