Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism.
• Proven experience in proofreading and editing, and in quality assurance / control procedures.
• Proven experience in the use of document generation software (CANVA; Adobe Express etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document formatting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to work under pressure to meet deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Generate and maintain templates for internal documents and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to company or Client CI standards and style guides.
• Review and edit reports as prepared by responsible internal personnel for accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation and formatting, as generated by responsible internal personnel.
• Identify and address any inconsistencies or discrepancies in content with the report writer to resolve issues and improve document quality.
