Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Calling Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves leveraging our CRM to directly call real estate agents, engaging them with our services, and securing appointments.
Utilize a Dialer to reach out to real estate agents.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of Property Pulse services.
Schedule appointments for Property Pulse with potential leads.
Maintain a consistent calling schedule to meet weekly targets.
Average expectation: Book 3 appointments a day.
Goal: Book 3 to 5 appointments per day.
Job Requirements:
No prior experience is required in any aspect of the job.
Full training and coaching will be provided to ensure success in the appointment setting.
This position will provide everything you need to schedule appointments - from leads, to exactly what to say to get them scheduled.
You must be able to commit to at least 4 hours a day
You must be LIKEABLE and CHARISMATIC
You have reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis
You must be METHODICAL - if you don't like routine, and you don't like details, this is NOT the position for you. You will be doing the SAME THING every day.
You must be a POSITIVE PERSON
You must be CONSISTENT & DISCIPLINED
