• South African ID
• Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (High end restaurants, no casual dining)
• Able to handle pressure
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work shifts
• Own reliable transport
• Clear criminal record
