Job Description

A well established company is seeking Branch Managers

Duties:

• Maintaining a professional service function for customers and clients (tenants)
• Well organized and efficient front of house
• Meeting and greeting and Liaison of new and existing clients
• Invoicing and quoting from the accounting software
• Managing and overseeing cleaning staff and handyman
• Solving various tenant operational problems/concerns
• Showing of Units to Prospective tenants
• Lease preparation and completion
• Telephone system management
• Access Control system management
• Call outs to various service providers when problems arise (electrician, plumber, IT etc)
• Management of the boardrooms and training rooms
• Follow up on overdue arrears and debtors
• Ordering of management of groceries and operational stock
• Ensure all equipment is in working order
• Credit checks for new clients
• Fielding and responding to branch inquiries from various avenues
• Checks on internal building operations and hygiene
• Assisting with information for month end invoicing

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience in property (Advantageous)
• Relevant degree will be an advantage
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Will be over seeing staff
• Will be reporting to the area manager

Competencies:

Computer Literacy:

Training will be provided on accounting system
Salary:
15.000,00 ZAR Monthly
