Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional? Do you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships? Are you driven by targets and commissions? If so, Madave Signs wants you to join our team as a Sales Representative!
As a Sales Representative at Madave Signs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our customer base, and contributing to our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the signage industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the signage or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
