Job Position: Commercial Sales Manager

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Suitable qualification in the HVAC field
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, technologies, and market dynamics
• Excellent design, specification and bid evaluation of mechanical equipment and systems skills
• Excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Be a self-motivated and can work without supervision
• Ability to travel as required

Key Performance Areas:
• Strategic planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow the commercial sales division
- Identify market opportunities, target clients, and set strategic sales goals
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Business development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the commercial client base
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Revenue growth:
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts
• Operational excellence:
- Ensure efficient sales operations by implementing best practices, processes, and tools
- Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management

• Customer focus:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve products and services
