Operator Multi Line Extruder Centurion

Set up and operate a semi-automatic line that consist of a wire drawer machine to draw copper or steel in sizes required, an insulating extruder to produce plastic insulated wire and a sheathing extruder to put the outside plastic tube or sheath on a cable to protect it, to produce reels of cable in sizes and colours required, meeting quality specifications. It includes testing and inspections and carries high responsibility for high value products.

Candidate must resides in the following areas:
Centurion; Olievenhoutbosch; Olifantsfontein; Tembisa

Educational Background
 Numeracy & Literacy, English reading, and writing at NQF level 4 (Grade 12).
 Forklift licence.

Previous experience & requirements (Computer, machinery, etc)
Required skills:
 General mechanical abilities.
 Moderate skills with hand tools.

Required experience:
Specific on-the-job training for the M1 dual line machine.
Mechanical engineering experience.
