The Company: Hopscotch Travel
Role Name: Experience Coordinator
Location: Gardens, Cape Town
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm. Hybrid role: 3 days / week in the office

Daily Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for general inquiries.
- Maintain high-quality communication by providing consistent responses across all channels.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to assess and match Aupair candidates.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders on provided leads.
- Conduct interviews with Aupair applicants.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of selected Aupairs.
- Keep track of leads using the CRM system Pipedrive.
- Coordinate visa application processes smoothly.
- Coordinate flight bookings with Hopscotch partners.
- Drive innovation and take ownership of responsibilities.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years’ experience in sales and admin
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised and methodical with experience running simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
- Strategic thinking, hands-on approach
- Work independently with initiative and in a team
- Growth mindset
- Resourcefulness
