Job Description

Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R25 000 per month negotiable commensurate with experience and qualification + incentive
Hours: 7 am to 5.15 PM Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday 8AM to 12 Noon

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification/equivalent
• Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and resolve client issues while maintaining crucial role over the daily work
• Administration duties related to dealership environment
Key Performance Areas:
• Achieve a continuous high performance work ethic of detail and deadline orientation
• Ensure service comebacks are eliminated based on negligent work performed
• Provide technical and/or non-technical assistance to the workshop staff
• Coach and train Dealer Repair Shop Assistants/Apprentices
• Staff and workshop management
