Job Description

Objectives
• Responsible for all operational processes of the store ensuring its full functionality
• Manage, together with the team, the operational aspects by improving effienciency, finding alternative solutions with the aim of improving the organization, solving any problems and increase customer satisfaction.

Product:
• Understands the importance of prioritizing the right product, Is aware of new lines and bestseller of the store. Communicates with the commercial team in order to have aligned priorities

People
• Identifies and follows up on the training of potentials operations profiles both shopfloor and back areas
• Scheduling team and know how to prioritise team task
• Calculate productivity to respect the needs of resources

Process
• Manages and supervises store shopfloor and stockroom operational processes.
• Coordinates the operations team on the sales floor to optimize and map out store processes.
• Controls sales flows and optimizes operations according to them (fitting rooms, tills, checkouts..) customer and product journey
• Controls and manages replenishment, delivery operations including DC2, goods from BS (destocking)
• Coordinator the operations team in the stockrooms (insertion and goods handling) and shopfloor (standard and maintenance)
• Coordinator cashier team (product flow, transaction process and accuracy)
• Manages the flow of goods in the stockrooms (trucks, insertion, devolution, destocking)
• Organizes and manages fitting rooms operations
• Analysis and solves operational problems in the store and stockroom
• Develops new operational projects
• Knows and monitors compliance with contracts
• Monitors the data on shrinkage and applies methods to improve the results
• Controls and manages corporate devices
• Follows the ATS
• Checks the general maintenance and state of repair of the store
• Manages and orders the materials required for the correct operation of th store and checks them
• Supervises compliance with health and safety regulations wihtin the store
• Plans and manages the schedules of the operations team (planning)
• Constant communication with the regional OP manager
• Analyses different KPI’s and applies soltuions to improve them
• Uses business applications (OP apps, Retail, Power BI etc.) to optimise processes
• Organizes and supervise SINT and iPod sales
• Store open/ close

Experience
• Communicates consistently with the CX team that consumers receive the best experience possible by controlling stocks and tidiness in all areas
• Managing and supervising every process in the store
• Develops store strategy in conjunction with the CX department
• Organises and administers the operation of the different customer journey touchpoints in order to meet to customer expections
• Monitors customer data to adapt to their requirements
• Demonstrate a high level of Welcome and Approach energy with customers while leading the store team

• Strong stock management at the stockroom (deliveries, capacity, transportation, shrinkage etc.) and at the shopfloor (tills, fitting rooms, replenishment, etc.)
• You have a track record of stockroom operation, people management and customer service understanding

Experience and Qualifications
• Stock and product management
• Team management
• Warehouse/stock inventory experience in the retail industry, background and operational skills
• Logistics or warehouse experience
• Fluent in English

Reporting and Communications
• Reports to store management team
• Cooperates with product manager, customer experience manager and in-store HR (in case this position exists) as well as its own store team
• Cooperates with the regional OP team
Salary:
40.000,00 ZAR Monthly
