Seeking a skilled IT/Telecommunications professional with a solid technical background to join the team as a Senior Technician.
With over 5 years of experience, this role is suited to someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications.
Completed IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related degree or certifications.
Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft 365, and provide desktop and voice support (both on-premises and hosted).
Maintain and troubleshoot data, LAN, WiFi, router, and firewall infrastructure.
Diagnose and support cloud backups, endpoint security, and server environments (both hosted and on-prem).
Ensure cyber security measures are upheld.
Lead IT/telecommunications installations and maintenance of critical systems.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues with IT and telecommunications systems.
Oversee network management to ensure performance and security.
Manage projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
Document all procedures and configurations thoroughly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Work closely with vendors to manage equipment procurement and maintenance.
