Job Description

Purpose of role: Completely responsible for all aspects of the business unit from inception to completion including, but not limited to, the overall organization and efficient accommodation and catering operations, including but not limited to employee & client relations, financials, operations, performance management, administration, consumables procurement, hygiene, safety and sanitation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years general management experience
• Preferred industries
o Remote camp facilities management
o Camp Construction
o Mining
o Tourism
o Catering
• Driver’s License
• Preferred Knowledge and practical experience in all Health & Safety areas, including Q-Pro, Food Safety and Hygiene and Mine Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience in procurement and logistics;
• Good financial understanding of all aspects of business management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and dispute resolution skills
• Managed organisations larger than 200 employees with multiple divisions
• Excellent Computer Literacy, especially Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• General Hotel Management qualification.
• Completed and certified course in Business Management
