Job Description

Bedfordview - A leading and well-established Financial Brokerage seeks a Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Assist management in scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare excel reports, and various other documents with precision.
• Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to proofreading.
• Liaise with external insurance companies, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Request Quotations from various Insurance companies.
• Tasks need to be completed with neatness and pride.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written (Advanced level of professionalism)
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Self-efficient
• Strong telephonic skills
Qualifications:
• Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageous
• Fluent in Afrikaans high advantageous
• Driver's License and own vehicle
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience the insurance field highly advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Packages
Salary:
15.000,00 ZAR Monthly
