Job Description

The Banquet Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquet events. They must be knowledgeable about the menu items, as well as the procedures and policies of the establishment. Banquet Waiters must be highly organized, able to multitask, and provide excellent customer service.

Banquet Waiter Duties
Greet guests and answer any questions they may have
Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests
Check food and beverages for quality
Clean tables, refill condiments, and restock items as necessary
Assist with setting up and breaking down of buffet or other banquet areas
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Resolve any customer complaints or problems
