Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader
Area: Pretoria
Number of vacancies: x1
Reporting to: UC Technical Manager
Salary Bracket: R15,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leading an installation team during installations with AV/VC – not cabling
• Project managing a project on-site and assigning tasks
• Ensuring proper Health and Safety on site
• Installation of equipment
• Installation of cabling and determining cable runs
• Termination of equipment / cabling according to best practice standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of proper tool usage
• Mounting of equipment on any surface required
• Neatening and labelling of racks
• Implementing solutions according to technical schematics
• Following instructions and working together with the assigned team
• Adhering to safety standards and regulations. This includes use of required PPE at all times
• Keeping an installation site neat and clean
• Preparing equipment, cabling and consumables for installations according to the solution

• Available to work overtime when required
• Available to travel for installations when required
• Completing training required

Matric Essential
• A minimum of 4 years as a Team Leader running an installation team
• Strong team leading capabilities
• Good communication skills
• Able to handle immense pressure
• Good time management essential
• Good planning skills
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Must have valid Driver’s license
