Job Description

We’re hiring a skilled Financial Assistant to support our remote financial operations from our Head Office in Stellenbosch for farms in the Delmas/Heidelberg area.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank and diesel accounts, assisting with inventory and payroll, and preparing financial reports. Experience with Xero, budgeting, and agricultural compliance is beneficial.

Qualifications:
High school diploma; Associate's/Bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred
2-5 years of bookkeeping or financial assistant experience, with 1+ year in Xero
Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary:
R 15 000,00 Monthly
