As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Operations /Financial Manager to join our team and complement the existing expertise

Job Summary
The Operations and Financial Manager will be a central figure, bridging gaps in daily operations and providing an analytical, detail-oriented approach to running the business. This individual will take responsibility for the financial health of Just Electric, manage inventory effectively, optimize processes, and ensure smooth, customer-centered operations. They will directly impact our success by streamlining practices, controlling costs, and enhancing overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight
• Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Implement processes and systems to improve productivity and reduce operational errors.
• Collaborate closely Owner and advisor to ensure cohesive team alignment and seamless workflow.

2. Financial Management
• Develop, monitor, and manage a comprehensive financial plan to control expenses, manage cash flow, and make strategic investments.
• Strengthen financial controls, monitor budgeting and spending, and ensure accurate, up-to-date accounting practices.
• Identify financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and proactively prevent potential losses.

3. Inventory and Stock Management
• Oversee stock levels to avoid overstocking and manage slow-moving inventory while ensuring timely replenishment of popular items.
• Analyze stock data to forecast inventory needs accurately, minimizing waste and maximizing stock turnover.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize purchasing, pricing, and logistics.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Support
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently prioritized.
• Implement efficient customer service protocols to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and operational efficiency.

5. Employee Development and Training
• Assess team members’ training needs and implement development plans to enhance staff skills, motivation, and performance.

• Promote a collaborative team environment, setting up structures for communication and cross-functional learning.

6. Process Optimization
• Identify and implement improvements in business processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to simplify workflows and adopt innovative tools or technologies where relevant.

7. Market and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Analyze competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in an operational or financial management role, preferably within a small to medium-sized business environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data, develop insights, and make sound decisions.
• Operational Expertise: Proven experience in process optimization, logistics, and stock management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote team members.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to implement policies that enhance customer experience.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in identifying challenges, analyzing options, and implementing effective solutions.
• Age and Energy: Ideally 35-50 years old with a proactive, driven demeanor and hands-on approach to managing operations.

Preferred Attributes
• Familiarity with consumer electronics or technology-related industries.
• Experience in financial planning, risk management, and implementing controls in small business settings.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Salary:
