Customer Service Agent – US Based Campaign (Night Shift)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Agents to join our team for an exciting US-based campaign. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing customer inquiries via email, ensuring top-quality support to our US customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service.
• Meet performance targets including call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to customer needs and deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Details:
• Night Shift with rotating shifts to align with US business hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
Compensation:
• R7,500 per month (basic salary).

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
