Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years reception / switchboard experience.
Matric qualification is essential.
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must be computer literate.
Must have good communication skills
Duties:
Handle all incoming calls in a very busy switchboard
Dealing with clients on a daily basis
Client/Customer Service
Office administration etc
