Professional Nurse

Purpose of the position: To assist KBC to deliver safe, comprehensive and quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, coupled with a Diploma/Degree in General Nursing
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse
• Registered with Nursing Council
• Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with sound understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology
• Computer literacy and SAP experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety
• Ensure the conduct of the trial complies with the currently approved protocol/amendment(s), with Good Clinical Practice, and with the applicable regulatory requirement(s).
• Assessing compliance with regulations and the site’s capability to comply with the study needs and expectations
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of the reported data,
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting etc.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
