Escalation of criminal activities as per standard operations
Effective Communication via telephone
Well Spoken and competent in English
Basic Computer Skill (Microsoft)

Experience in CCTV monitoring and operations
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
PSIRA Registered. B Grade
Able to operate under Stressful Situations.
