Job Description

Boutique Hotel in the Centurion area is looking for a Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts will be beneficial. Applicants must have 5 or more years’ experience in pastry, preferably in a Hotel environment. Must have extensive experience in creating pastries and desserts. Strong baking skills essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pastry / dessert department. Must be creative and passionate about food. Ability to create and follow recipes essential. Looking for someone creative with excellent plating abilities. Must be able to work under pressure. Salary R 14 - 16 K net.

Salary:: R 15 000,00 Monthly
