Entry-Level Retail Sales Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Entry-Level Retail Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer assistance as they enter the store.

Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.

Handle sales transactions efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Assist in setting up promotional displays and in-store events.

Follow all safety and security procedures.

Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
