Pest Control Officer (Sedgefield)

A reputable Pest Control Company in Sedgefield is seeking a friendly, self-motivated candidate to join their company. The ideal candidate must reside in the Sedgefield area.

The role:
Provide quality pest control service to clients in the area suitable to the client’s expectations.

Requirements:

• Age requirement: 18 to 35 years
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Afrikaans is an advantage.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect customers' property.
• Presentable appearance, willing to wear provided attire and personal protective equipment.
• Must be in good physical health, capable of entering roof spaces, and performing all pest control duties.
• Prior pest control experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Willingness to perform manual labour.
• Must exhibit honesty and trustworthiness.
• Promptly report any breakages, damage, or mistakes.
• Must have a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to learn, understand, create quotes, schedule appointments, show urgency, and solve problems.
• Complete necessary documentation for clients and office after service completion.
• Retaining existing clients is a top priority.
• Must be flexible and adaptable.
