Job Description

The guest service representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This includes assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering questions and resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This role requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Guest Service Representative Duties
Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
Promote hotel services and amenities to guests
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with room reservations and cancellations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
