Job Description

The Concession Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers while accurately and efficiently operating a cash register. This position requires a friendly, outgoing individual who can help customers find what they are looking for and who is comfortable handling cash transactions.

Concession Cashier Duties
Greet customers and inform them of menu items and prices
Take orders and process cash, credit card, and other types of payment
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Restock concession items
Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift

Concession Cashier Requirements
Cash handling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately
