Job Description

Company based in Ballito is currently seeking an Accounts Clerk. a Dynamic individual with accounting and financial background.

Salary: R5 000 - Half Day Position (07h00 to 13h00)

Duties Include:
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and debtors.
* Capturing all debtors and creditors data (Reconciliations)
* Follow up on payments and reconciliation thereof
* Compile Monthly Financial reports
* Bank capture and reconciliation
* Petty cash capture
* Credit card capture
* Stock control
* Admin

Requirements:
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to speak Afrikaans and Zulu would be beneficial
* Minimum of 12 months in a similar position
* Excellent grasp of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices
* Quick Books would be an advantage
