Job Description
Leisure Hospitality Services - Wildlife Sanctuary - Broederstroom - Gauteng.
Commercial and residential property development company who owns and operates a number of innovative subsidiaries.
These businesses provide solutions and services within the Hospitality, Leisure, Agricultural, Information Technology, Construction and Aviation industries.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to provide strategic direction and coordination across all departments, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee the management of over 200 staff members, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and efficiency.
A key aspect of this role is the consistent communication and reinforcement of company policies and procedures to ensure a unified team environment.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our restaurant facilities, including stock management, customer service training, and menu development.
This includes overseeing the management of retail facilities on site, ensuring optimal operations and customer satisfaction.
The incumbent will also be responsible for managing systems used to track daily activities and stock levels, providing timely and accurate insights to inform business decisions.
Monthly financial performance reports will be prepared and presented to stakeholders, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Finally, the successful candidate will work to optimize the workspace and workflow, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
We require a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional business acumen and staff management skills.
A business degree is advantageous, but not essential. A recognized hospitality degree is non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
