Job Summary

The Technical Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with technical issues related to our services and platforms. You’ll work closely with our clients to resolve their concerns, provide guidance, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries regarding technical issues via email, phone, or live chat.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software or service-related problems.
Guide clients through step-by-step solutions or provide detailed instructions for self-resolution.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to specialized teams and ensure follow-through.
Document client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a technical support or similar customer-facing role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
