HR assistant Act as a point of contact with public services. Recruiting, and training new and existing employees. Planning and implementation of programs and processes designed to improve employee welfare. Easy Roaster. Manage payroll in creating roasters and day to day attendance Maintain and update employee records. Ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. The HR assistant also serve as a liaison between the human resources department and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution. Additionally, HR assistants coordinate meetings and maintain personnel records. This is a great role for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ordering and issuing uniform and equipment to dedicated people and sites. Capable to work long hours if needed for completion of your duties.

Job Description

1. Must be Bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Any additional language would be a plus.
2. Psira registered and up to Date.
3. Minimum Grade C.
4. Experience in Listener-Compulsory.
5. Computer literate.
6. Must have CCTV monitoring, and review experience- Compulsory.
7. Knowledge of guard patrol Monitoring will be a plus.
8. Must have experience in alarm monitoring and dispatching of response units-compulsory.
9. Must be available immediately.
