Job Description
Finance Management:
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payments.
Monitor cash flow and implement strategies for financial optimization.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits or reviews.
Office Operations:
Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
Coordinate facility management, including maintenance and repairs.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee IT systems in collaboration with technical support providers.
Strategic Support:
Assist leadership with financial decision-making by providing relevant data and recommendations.
Prepare financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
Support project management tasks, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Other Duties:
Represent the company in dealings with financial institutions, contractors, and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and office operations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
