Well-known Golf Club / Estate in the Centurion area is looking for a front of house manager. Applicants must have 4 or more years’ experience in a busy Hotel / Lodge / Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of front of house management. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant & Food and Beverage operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff management, stock control and complaints handling. Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Experience in running functions and events essential. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. The successful applicant will be able to multi-task and think fast, strong organizing and planning skills required.
